By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.shipsngiggles.com.au), you agree to the following terms.

General

  • Ships ’n’ Giggles is an Aussie-owned online store specialising in curated family, home, and pet products.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Afterpay (where available).

Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues) may occur.

Returns & Refunds

  • Covered under our 14-Day Giggle Guarantee (see Returns Policy).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Liability

  • While we do our best to ensure accurate product descriptions, Ships ’n’ Giggles is not liable for slight variations in colour, size, or design.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
