Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from Australian partner warehouses. Some items ship from trusted overseas partners via Syncee. If an item ships from overseas, we show a clear ETA on the product page and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch: usually 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
AU-shipped: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch (remote +2–5 days).
Overseas-shipped: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. We’ll email/SMS tracking for each parcel.
Why did I get more than one parcel?
We work with multiple suppliers. Items from different warehouses ship separately with their own tracking numbers.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard: $10 (free over $150).
Express: $15 where available.
Bulky/remote surcharges may apply—shown upfront at checkout.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Often fine for small/medium AusPost parcels. Bulky items may need a street address—if so, we’ll contact you.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email/SMS a tracking link as soon as each parcel ships. You can also view tracking under Your Account → Orders if you created an account.
Authority To Leave (ATL)
You can authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place. Once delivered to the address, risk of loss passes to you.
Address mistakes & redirection
If you spot a mistake, contact us ASAP. After dispatch, redirection/return fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If tracking stalls for 7+ days or an item arrives damaged, email support@shipsngiggles.com.au with your order number and photos—we’ll sort a replacement, fix, or refund fast.
What’s the 14-Day Giggle Guarantee?
Change your mind? Return eligible items within 14 days in original condition/packaging for an exchange or refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@shipsngiggles.com.au with your order number and item(s). We’ll provide the correct return address (often the closest supplier warehouse) and instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
Change-of-mind: you cover return postage.
Damaged/faulty/incorrect: that’s on us—contact us within 7 days with photos.
Any items not returnable?
For hygiene/safety/customisation we can’t accept returns on used pet items, opened consumables, personal care, bedding once opened, custom/personalised items, or clearance unless faulty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Which payments do you accept?
Secure Shopify checkout with major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay, and selected buy-now-pay-later options.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Where available, BNPL options appear at checkout. Availability may vary by product or supplier.
Do products have a warranty?
Many items include a manufacturer warranty. If something plays up, contact us with your order number and we’ll help with the claim.
Prices, currency & GST
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. A tax invoice is emailed after purchase.
Do you offer click & collect?
Not at this time—we’re online only.
Out of stock—will you restock?
Many items are restocked regularly. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll refund promptly or help you choose a similar item.
Tracking says delivered but I can’t find it
Check safe places and with household members/neighbours; then contact the carrier. Still stuck? Email us with your order number and we’ll help investigate.
Privacy — overview
We use your details to process orders, provide support, and arrange shipping/returns via our suppliers and carriers. Payments are handled by secure providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal); we don’t store full card details.
