🚚 Returns & the 14-Day Giggle Guarantee

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer our 14-Day Giggle Guarantee:

If you’re not smiling, simply return your product within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps things quick and ensures you get the item you want as fast as possible.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account once we’ve received and inspected the item.
